If you find yourself getting stressed out in a certain situation or moment – stop whatever it is that you’re doing, move away from the source of stress or discomfort, close your eyes and just breathe, focusing on your chest rise and fall until you’re back.

There are many steps that you can take to make your journey less stressful, and ensure that you have the opportunity to travel with ease. Give yourself freedom, plan ahead of time, and don’t forget to breathe.
