How to Get to Gdańsk, Poland
Gdańsk has its own airport (GDN) which is well-communicated with the city. You can easily reach the center by taxi, bus, or the local fast train (called SKM) directly from the airport.
The communication system in Gdańsk is spread around the whole city and offers many options. You can move by tram, bus, SKM, but you can also use a taxi, a rented car, car-sharing (Traficar app or MiiMove app), Uber, or electric scooters (Quick app) or motor scooters (Blinkee app).

In many representative areas of Gdańsk, the parking is paid on the weekdays. So you’ll do the best by using public transportation, or taxi/Uber to get around.
Visit Long Market // Długi Targ plays the role of the main Square in Gdańsk. It’s surrounded by dozens of restaurants, cafes, and bars situated in the colorful buildings, restored after II WW in an original way. So it’s one of the best places to visit and relax after work.
Wander in Oliwa Park // This place used to be the part of the Cistercians Order proprieties centuries ago. Today, it’s a big park with beautiful plant arrangements. During the wintertime, visiting the Oliwa Park is especially worth it for beautiful Christmas illuminations.
Relax in Jelitkowo Beach // Gdańsk is a coastal city so visiting the beach is a must thing to do. You can enjoy some sun rays by chilling in Jelitkowo – the wide beach, perfect for after-work relaxation.
